bandit stands up on a ice berg and a real flash flood happens

The movie is titled "Buffalo Rider" and was released back in '78. It's based on the real life story of the western legend CJ "Buffalo" Jones who tried to save the American Buffalo back in the 1800's. From what I've read it's a terrible movie, but there is a scene in which the buffalo goes into a bar and kicks the shit out of a ton of people giving CJ some trouble. I believe the entire movie is on YouTube.
