As a San Diego fan I'm getting scared.. the Raiders are actually getting good and now that control of the team is out of Al Davis's hands, I suspect they will quickly become big time AFC contenders. He's been running the team into the ground for a while, firing coach after coach, and making too many of his own (bad) decisions. Without his presence, and providing they can put some other capable people in the position of power, they can be a really good franchise.
Still, ya gotta respect the guy for the things he's done. RIP Mr. Davis.

Finding owners that are willing to spend money on an entire front office might be a good place to start. Mike Brown nickles and dimes his own organization. As a fan, anything would probably be an improvement.
