Champions of the European Nations

Post by kirk »

Dear 1911,

I come to you tonight, the night of Sunday October 30, to inform you that the fearless Zombie Ninjas have defeated the dreaded Europeans in their own tournament, on their own turf, and playing 5v6 for over half the time we partook in battle.

The first match against Recap was nothing short of epic. Jarrod and rodz took to anzio bridge, and with their unbelievable online skill, dominated recap properly representing both our North American and South American brethren. Jules winnfield and myself, Alex Kirk, held the plaza, while cass rotated like the best of all rotational players and helped whichever side of the map was needed. As you can see, we played this dreaded team with only 5 people. First half, we were capped out on 3 consecutive times. But never fear, for we soon regained our strength and morale and rose up to overpower the dreaded Recap with the force of a thousand Greek gods. We came back to lose by a mere 70 in the first half. Second half we stepped up our game, and with everyone running the same routes, we had a last second cap out (in the last 9 seconds) in the second half to dominate these smelly Euros. Game one was sealed, and the NA/SA troops advanced.

The second match was against ego+++ with fearless European legend Stin on lennon_b2. We knew we had to step our game up. We were still man down, but were well up for the challenge. First half, axis side, started out weak. We were being pushed to our first, getting capped on left and right, and had no "reason" to even stay. But this is a funny game where, sometimes, human will and determination trumps this so called "reason." Toxinator came into vent with 4 minutes left in the first half, which allowed us to narrow the first half loss to a mere 80 points. NOTHING on allied side of lennon. Allied side started, and so did some European esp. We underestimated these Euros. They kicked, and refused to be capped out on. All up until the last 60 seconds where our heroism paid off, we capped out, and secured our win. These fools said in pregame that we had to start quick so they could play THEIR finals match. HA! THEIR match! It was ours. And it felt good.

Final match was on harrington against renamed. We had a familiar face to play, Canadian cheater k4b00m, leader of the 12man scoreboard. This did not deter us. We had six men, and with the addition of toxinator's dreaded aimbot, we were ready to win. We came out first half on axis side and led with a large 180 point lead going into second half. Our spirits were high, and our confidence to match, we relaxed on these foolish men who thought they could stop the dreaded Zombie Ninjas. They sent four mid, to which we responded by sending three mid and still holding off their efforts. Then, tox said it: "I have to go back to work." Once again we were to be man down with just over 7 minutes remaining. I did the best thing I could by quickly taking his BAR, and deploying at the second flag to prevent a cap out (they MG'ed earlier, so it was more than justified!) This failed, and they capped out because jarrod simply did not have the necessary steadfast aim to prevent the capout. This cap out was of no use: the Zombie Ninjas still came out victorious.

There you have it, people of 1911. We have restored pride, honor, and respect in our community once again by showing the Euros who the true bosses of this game are. If I could sum up this epic journey in a single word, it would have to be: 2ez.

Please, stay safe. And Godspeed!

This is kirk, signing out.

(lol if you read all of that lololol nerd loser lololol)

Read the first sentence in each paragraph. Read two in the second because you mentioned stin.

Cool story. Time well spent.

A remarkable and epic statement of the ninja zombies championship, Sir Alex Kirklandus III. I yelled after we won our first match in anzio "for the sake of duty honor and glory we deserve to win this tournament, men!".

Our bonds of friendship have been restored.

Our strenght, undisputed.

Our will power, unshakeable.

We are the Ninja Zombies.

Come at us brahs.

That tournament was awesome... First match was fuckin epic.
Sweet write up too. What kirk doesn't mention was that he was the weak link and if it wasn't for him, we could have BREEZED through this tournament 4v6.
Thanks cAss!

Ps. Toxinator isn't invited because he's an asshole.

It was quite delightful to go to battle with you guys. It was like WW1, we all lined up in mid in a nice straight line and took turns shooting eachother. Too bad we were sabotaged and were given blanks. Good game fellers.
