Yeah, season is over blah blah blah blah blah blah.
Recruiting, coaching changes, and an impending boring fucking title game. I hope Alabama gets run over like a child in front of a bus.

It's pretty bad that I've heard almost nothing about Bill Snyder, and I was surprised to see how good his teams were for long periods of time last decade.mg_ wrote:K-State v Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl will be good.
I loathe K-State, but Bill Snyder is, without a doubt, the best football coach in the last 60 years of college football. I'll even go on a limb that he's the best that has ever coached the game.
His non-cons often had some pretty big cupcakes, but when he was in the Big 8 and Big 12 he was routinely beating schools like Texas, A&M, Nebraska, and Mizzou.Miller` wrote:Disagree. He has survived thanks in large part to easy scheduling and a plethora of talented JUCOs in Kansas.
Don't get me wrong, he is a great coach. But he would not fit at Bama or LSU, even with their academic standards compared to other top ten BCS schools.
Honestly this is one of the more annoying things right now in college football.mg_ wrote:K-State's non-conference is about as compelling as what half the teams in the SEC do, but they get a pass.
At least Saban and Miles will go out and play someone. Very few of those other teams are interested in doing that. OU has routinely scheduled good match ups, same for Texas and Mizzou. Okie State should have probably done a little better, but I don't think it would have ever overcome that misbegotten belief the SEC IS NUMERO UNO.Sears wrote:Honestly this is one of the more annoying things right now in college football.mg_ wrote:K-State's non-conference is about as compelling as what half the teams in the SEC do, but they get a pass.
