I understand where your coming from, but we just lost ace to a new team, and we never even had a 6th. Tox being on our roster doesnt make us an upper team, he hasnt even played a match yet. Look at our roster real close and tell me just how many of us belong in upper.

Open is ment to be for pub teams, or teams that are less skilled. DD is neither in my opinion. Invite level players that join open to "rape" or "drop bombs" will just get their team moved up. In this case DD was already proving themselves as a team that could pretty much take lower, therefore they were on their way to main even before you joined. So open team leaders that recruit invite players to play in open will just end up getting their team moved up so they can "drop bombs" in main. The open teams are just as important to TPG as Main and Invite. I dont want to see open teams getting raped by a team that thinks it is cool to recruit invite players to "stomp" the open teams. Not going to happen on my watch.

As for MVPz, Im sure you will see us in invite at some point, but in all honesty we might have some skilled players on our team but getting them to all mesh and have actual teamwork is not so good. For a team like, mindflow aka cvc aka nfc to move mvpz to invite over that team would be foolish. The new K@r aka team99, I honestly felt was a good team aswell. That is why they got moved up over mvpz. But with all of the complaining done by those two teams caused me to look at main again, and TPG decided to move them back down because of the lack of competition in main. Mvpz is not sandbagging main, we really are not that good as a whole. Losing ace will hurt, picking up Tox will fill that void. Mvpz to me is like an ace in hole, when invite needs a team that wont die because they got moved to invite, mvpz will take that spot. Getting the teams that should be in invite first is top priority. With the skill level we have now, TPG really needs a 4th division to keep it even among each division, however, we just dont have enough stable teams to make that a possibility. I am trying to do my best to do that with 3 divisions.

With the amount of time you guys put into this game, you easily have better teamwork than many, if not all, of the teams in lower. It's completely inconceivable how much crying is coming from being moved up, you'd think that you guys would be happy, it's kind of a sign that people think you belong in a higher division than even you seem to think. Take it as a compliment and move on.

Throwing this out there, i can't remember who brought it up awhile ago. We were talkin about it in xvmc last night. The whole 1 conference, 2 division thing would pretty much put an end to trying to sandbag because it would be so blatant obvious. 16 teams in invite. 2 divisions. Play everyone in your division 1 time, and have 1 cross over "rivalry" game. Playoffs: Top 4 teams from each division make the playoffs. #1 from Division A vs #4 from Division B, etc.

I'd be down to segregate upper in 2 divisions in order to allow each of the top4 contenders make to the playoffs. In terms of competitiveness, it's not much attractive to know that no matter how bad you do in your division you still be placed in playoffs. That's logic land where everyone is interested on playing DoD in 2012, renting servers and practicing without accusing everyone of hacking (well some people hack but we are trying our best to wipe them out of the community).

However, going back to reality the main problem is team's stability: we tried to do a 4 division 26th season but teams either died or rage quitted when got moved. It's kinda complicated but everyone want to easily win, without any practice at all, and hate in the same intensity when they lose. No easy decision here, if only teams keep it up during seasons...

To sum it all up, y'all can blame tox (:twisted:) because instead of rebuilding THUNDER he let their players join already stablished teams and killed one invite team, making teams like 3h or NFC being moved up to fill the void.

Or just move up the 2 teams that's in the finals to the division above, and move down the 2 teams that's at the bottom of the division down.

This shit never works because you nerds cant seem to stay on one team longer then 3 weeks. Make a team with people you like and stick with it. Stop breaking up and reforming under new teams everytime you lose a match. We still know who you are, you arent fooling anyone. Ive been with mvpz the whole time since I came back to dod a year ago. I believe we are one of the most stable and reliable clans in the community and if everyone else could possibly do the same we maybe, just maybe could have the first succesful tpg season since 2006.
