Now, I don't know anything about configs, but from what I've read in this thread by people who do, you can exec them and turn them on/off throughout the course of the game. If this is correct, wouldn't it suggest that the script was only being used at specific moments and not for the entire demo?

Yes, it would but is one instance of an apparent no recoil script(however obvious) that last maybe 10 seconds really enough to ban someone for 6 months or whatever it is. I don't think so, especially given the difficulty in detecting these scripts(as stated by sears) in the first place.

Also, if you hit scope and then quick switch fast enough after each other, you still get the glitch. Doesn't have to be simultaneous. In fact, I've found it is more difficult if you hit the buttons at the same time.

The most glaring issue is 2:29 but the rest of his recoil looks like alexndr's demonstration of ar.cfg.

Not to mention past demos/FOTW clips.

ive only used heavy for past 6 seasons ive been back and u dont execpt someone to learn how to control recoil? i was playing cs before i switched back to dod and trust me, cs recoil > dod recoil. and joey to say you have never had the norecoil glitch in the like 8 years youve been playing, thats just a lie lol...maybe i do control recoil different but i dont have near as good recoil control as tox,ryan or the new beast aka cheater named jules winnfield.
