My last movie. Especially youtube quality is bad (480p). Used old quality standard because of some old clips.
Result of mercing here&there (active/inactive) for 1-2 years. Pcws/scrims. And officials from short periods with clans.
Some opponents good, some awfull.

Either the best player in the history of the game or learned how to play from Caliban. No other options.

most players don't play as aggressive/stupid/go for stupid shots in matches whereas in scrims you do... unless you're corey marko..

Who is caliban?

But seriously. You don't have to be a cheat to do stuff like this. It's even true that if you want to play good as in really good
you shouldn't play like this. The best matches I ever played have boring sniper streaks that I would never even put in video's.

I'm pretty sure im the most default player that played past years. My config is default my userconfig is 630 bytes and I use gammasutra and launch options -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms and the old cal crosshair pack. I suspect many of my opponents to be using atleast custum models or no flowers and I have caught many of them. I don't think that I myself have ever been seriously accused of cheating (apart from the really clueless people like in the vid). And the only times I get banned are when I tk proners.

It's simple it's a video and you choose what to show and what not to. Meaning the good (and maybe crazy) frags. I must admit I do get lucky alot. Also playing sniper helps. I played hvy alot, but it's diffuicult to get footage for video's with hvy. Also I used to play way more aggressive and crazy than I do now. At the most I get carried away sometimes when I unscope 2 and think I must be able to do 3 then. And it's not even always like that. Like last clip. 1st was close distance, 2nd was a reflex (no time to scope) 3rd I had no idea where he was. I can't see anything through the leaves just saw gunfire so I just shoot.

not sure, could have been lag.
Don't like to stay in those windows with stg vs rifle so I thought why not spray abit on my way to mid.
Didn't even see a gunshot animation. So I added the headshot helmet sound to make it clear I did shoot.

I was thinking this once I finally watched it. I've made most of those shots before, only in scrims...and 4 years ago when I wasn't bad.

But was a very enjoyable movie. Nicely done. I enjoy movies that have so little editing.

nice vid buddy but in my humble opinion having such frags against baddies who often don't shot back is kinda lame. other than that, sick shots!

maybe you can come to europe and find me better opponents, or a clan to join

It's definately mixed level because I judge style over skilllever if it's good enough but they aren't all bad
cybersoft, DEATHCLAN, origin, no reflex, solar, amnesia, P4, Eus. zOo aren't exactly bad.
They are bad by 2005 standards most likely, but the best you could find 1-2 years ago.
Only DEATHCLAN/zOo is probably even good by old standards. Zoo's roster in the vid was something like, reziak, stin, an1mal, ralle, and more baddies.

Amnesia (at the time one of the so called "top"clans) couldn't even find 6 to play zoo so they had to drag me out of inactivity 10 mins before match start to play an official and we got butchered. The scene is so dead even the officials are basically played as if they where scrims (exept for some newkids that try hard).

But it's still fun from time to time. It beats playing public on colored maps.

A lot of really sick clips here. Nice vid.

My only criticism though (and this goes for almost all frag vids), is that no-scope kills really don't impress me one bit.

At best they're just a kar shot, at worst they're a poorly aimed shot that hits because of the randomness of no-scoping. They only make it into movies because there's no crosshair (which isn't THAT much of an obstacle once you've played enough).

Back a few years ago in the days of RVC I used to record all of my scrims to make a scrimstar movie. Then I stopped playing for a bit and lost the hard drive with the demos on them. Oh well. If I tried that now my pc would have a heart attack.

480p feels like it was made 7 or 8 years ago.

Watching this, I couldn't help but think this is the movie that would happen if you gave cypher 2 years and told him he could use scrim and pub footage.
