Haha, google indexes pages by click-in and click-out. Both Narc and rwc probably dominate the majority of pageviews on the TPG site over the years, so it makes sense that the MVPz page, or Narc o rwc's page would get indexed.

WHAT ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHING DUSTIN?
