Workout Music
Getting back into the 10K and half marathon scene and I'd like to load some new music onto my ipod. I prefer any kind of rock music (classic, modern, or alt) but instrumentals or rap would be fine too as long as they are in the 160-180 bpm range. Thanks!

Re: Workout Music
As for workout songs I don't know if any of this is what you are looking for but...I love me some classic rock
One of my favorites would probably be Led Zeppelin - Fool in the Rain...Bonham and Page just tear it up in that song.
As for any classic rock...Cleveland's Joe Walsh...Funk #49 (James Gang) and also Turn to Stone which is Joe Walsh solo...sorry if I'm wrong on that
Floyd - Wish You Were Here is a great song, but for workouts, I don't know..Young Lust is also a great song. Mother is another one of my favorites.
That awesome guitar solo from Eddie Van Halen "Eruption" is fucking awesome
Saw Tom Petty live back in 2008 and some songs that stuck out were "You don't Know How it Feels" "breakdown" "You got Lucky"
You can also not go wrong with some Steve Miller Band "Swingtown"
That's all off the top of my head, if you want I can come up with a longer list.
Hope you enjoy it as much as me!

Yeah I have a lot of classic rock on my playlist including some Steve Miller and Zeppelin. ZZ Top, Tom Petty, ACDC, Van Halen, and Rush have some good ones too.Unreal wrote:As for workout songs I don't know if any of this is what you are looking for but...I love me some classic rock
