Problems with the Mic on a new soundcard

Post by Jjjj »

So I bought a new soundcard (ASUS DG PCI 5.1 ) last week and yesterday it arrived. So I tried to make the settings work yesterday with teamspeak 3. The speakers work good (supergood) but on the mic I HAVE SCREAM so it can recognice my voice :P .

I´ve got the capture device in input same as where I put the mic-contact in my soundcard.

I´ve set all settings so it´s the mic-input where I want my sound to be in..

Anyone have any suggestions to fix it?

If it helps can I upload SS on my ts3 settings + soundcard settings

Are your windows recording input settings correctly configured? Possible that your windows has 0db boost because you installed new sound drivers.

Image

VocalFX settings always reset after minimize the soundcards program

Translating :

Linjeingång -> Line in
Standardenhet för kommunikation -> standard unit for communication

Problem solved, but now I got a HUGE eco :) I hear myself at the same time when I talking in the "speakers", kinda annoying lol

Make sure your output isn't mixing in your input, which it sounds like it is.

If it isn't already, make sure you have your mic muted under playback devices
