Honestly I can understand the argument that you might be "too good" for a server. This is why I don't play much any more, because I'm so much better than all of you.

No one wants to pay $/month to not have fun. Maybe you could donate for a reserved slot, then they have no non-assholish grounds to ban you.

Some pretty solid logic in this thread.

Let me start this by saying, Linus, Taylor and I were in KHH pub. About two minutes in, a warning came across the screen "Please don't bypass the bolt action" out of habit, I realized that I was quick switching and then apologized in chat for my actions. We were in the pub for about 15-20 minutes and I had a score of 40-22. Neither of us were camping spawn, shooting into spawn or anything like that. We were actually capping the flags and winning it for our team(lol) I even actually was saying "gg guys" when we would capout. At around the last minute of being in the server, that dumb ass inbred 50 year hick Heidi and some dude that sounded like he smoked two packs of cigarettes each day for the last 30 years joined spec. We never changed a single thing we were doing. We killed people who we saw and capped flags like you do in a pub(saints) During the end of my time in the server before I was banned, I was running across bridge, some idiot under bridge was shooting with a Thompson, so I then proceeded to crouch onto the bridge ledge and falling Kar him under bridge, not even 10 seconds after that, I was banned and Linus right after and Taylor managed to get away without a ban.

Now, explain to me. They were in spec for no more then two minutes, I make one decent shot and get banned? Playing by server rules, capping flags, not quick switching after I admittedly said it was a habit and apologized.

Its okay tho, I have four other accounts to cycle through. See you in there soon.

oh and, its people like that Turkey idiot in your pub that kills this game. Dumb ass sits in the same spot 15 spawns in a row with an mg and expects nobody to peek him the 15th time around and then furiously calls out the people for "Cheating"

Just don't get banned from dexworld because that shit is an IP ban or something insane. I can't even ping that server anymore on any of my steam accounts.

Back to the thread, judging by what the admin is now saying the point isn't hacking in pubs but to tone down a bit your killing sprees. WTF? There are several spots in several maps that are commonly spammed beforehand or looked at quite automatically by most of people here who are able to play competitively. I think I've pubbed once or twice in the server and accidentally tk'd and spawn killed one or two chaps. The admin warned me that these actions wouldn't be tolerated but he didn't ban me. Guess I was lucky of having a honest admin back then because if it's true that a group of random guys gets to spectator and without ANY experience in analyzing demos ban someone just because he is good is nonsense. In addition to that, the explanations given by shark are completely hollow and impossible to agree.

The sad thing is that no matter how many points we may deliver here at 1911 they won't give up in their call unless somoene patient enough could bend their prejudice towards good players in to reason.

I only go into WaR now these days just to break a very simple rule (no swearing rule: i.e. "damn" according to them) and wait for the onslaught of sweet honey bee to literally burst a blood vessel in her head and give me a stern talking to. Just like I'm a child. She will literally lose it on you. Or stinger just rando kick/ban you for 1337 min. because you killed him. "TPG players are known scripters." I have yet to be banned from KHH. Guess I'm not good enough

With there being a handful of pub server left, surely you can understand the displeasure some of the competitive players get for being wrongfully banned (note that I said SOME players) and having no where good to play.

Well, I was on allies, I did pick up a KAR, killed 4, used my hud_fastswitch 1 / mousewheel (this is not quick switching) to change back to my pistol and than back to kar, than I was kicked. I came back, went 38-7 without quick-switching my weapons, than banned.

Go figure. Now they want to play the "victim" here. I'm not sure what planet these people are from, but their logic and overall brain power seems to be lacking. I'd swear these people all live in Alabama and are married to their cousins. And I like how they say the warn people, but in reality they don't warn anyone and just kick/ban. They assume we have voice_enable 1 on.

I like how they singled me out though. Goes to show they are threatened by me. I was banned the day before as well while using an automatic weapon (bar) and obeying all their rules. I guess we can't use headphones either in that server. Their rules mean dick and they will just do whatever they want. They want to play the game and make up shit just so they can enjoy what they do. It is the reason they never got anywhere in the game, never figured out how to play it, and (by the posts on their forums) haven't set up a scrim since 2006. HOW ARE YOU STILL PLAYING PUBS ONLY SINCE 2006?!?!? You all ruin the game we enjoy, plain and simple. So when you hear people bitching about how fucking stupid you are, it's most likely for a reason.

In a thread on their site, she clearly states they have no intentions of getting better at the game. I was the guy that got them to post about "qs" as she says and got them to add "no bypassing the bolt action reload" to their rules.
