It's hard to find a good pub these days, or new people to scrim and 12man with. This is something I was thinking about after being an asshat in a scrim to some source kids who were apparently planning on making the switch to 1.3 (which I now regret). Anyway I don't want to ramble.
I think we should all work together to bring this game back. Don't let it die..... evar. Try getting some friends into it maybe. If you are without friends*, try getting some family members to play. This game is amazing, I don't want it to die.
The game it too dated and the skill gap is too big. As much as we all would love this game to get back to it's old playing weight, it's not going to happen. This game will stay alive as long as the nerds running nineteeneleven and TPG decide to keep their lights on.
