I get 10 complaints a day , about how my own clan mates refuse to play in their own server , because you are there.

I have to keep the server happy.

I banned a guy today (CharlieGiteau,) who came in the server , sucked the life and run out of it , so he had to go.

You have the same affect on the server , everyone thinks you cheat , they dont like being killed repeatedly by you and they get mad...and refuse to play when you are there.

what's a server owner to do ?


So, I seem to 'suck the life' out of pub servers. This admin was very patient though. Did go invis and spectated quite a bit. Satisfied that I wasn't cheating, I got banned because of people crying and refusing to play against me. WTF...

easier to just buy a new account if you want to pub. That's happened to me a lot but, the server owner wants to have his money worth with his server by having the most people in it at all times. The extra five bucks isn't that bad if you like pubbing that much, the only problem with that is the occasional pubber going "look at that steam id," which you have to ignore because that fifty year old inbred hick who called you out does not have a opinion that holds any stubstantial importance, unless he's the admin.

They more than likely IP ban, just like the rest of the servers nowadays. I miss having 50 servers to choose from. I'd rather 12 man sometimes, but it just doesn't work out enough. I end up spending my limited time running around waiting for more to join the damn server, haha!

Logic of pub admins: If someone kills me several times then he cheats. OR: if someone kills their "best member" several times they also cheat.

No, but the bots seem to stay around too long. I'd rather play 4v4 without bots than 8v8 with bots. Its in my favorites.

No bots, no bullshit, no hacking accusations. We just let people get on with it unless they're blatantly being a complete dick.
