ATTN: NFO Server owners (HLTV Delay)

NFO fucked up since our last set of matches. A lot(all?) NFO HLTV servers went down and had to be reset. As a result your HLTV delay got reset to 30seconds. While it may seem trivial, the TPG rule is 120.0 seconds, please go into your control panel and set this.
