what comes to mind?

ninjuh's (correct me if im wrong) streak out of bunker to cap both flags for the cap. the sheer recoil control of both the bar and the stg at that moment. insanity.

cypher's underpass sniping clip. quick, flick noscopes, long distances, headshot pistols. priceless.

bewton's 5k car connector on chemille. enough said.

scorch's push on anzio short ramp. crazy reaction timing when he picked that kar up for the last kill.

I find entertaining that many of the streaks are 6+ kills, done at very important matches, with some of them being momentum changes for their teams. I wish I could get worthy streaks like ya'll mentioned. My top3 would be dan vs pandemic, kellen vs col and some streak i saw bleargh doing in a rr2 match (maybe in absolute bleargh2?!).
