match warmups

I was just thinking what I used to do before matches to get me warmed up. I found that 1v1'ing against other teammates worked pretty well because it would help you get down the timing for your routes and just get you into a nice rhythm. I was wondering if you guys have/had any pre-match rituals.

I usually watch a frag movie prior a important match expecting that I could be somehow influenced by these epic moments. It never worked really well so far but I will just keep on trying just in case

I was my hands before each match and get me a glass of water or a coke to drink and then I pub or 12man/ring before i match.

show up 5 minutes before start
and hopefully warmup in match. Or die trying... ALOT

I'm not sure what will work. It seems to be totally random, or maybe even depends on the server, my mood or whatever.
Some days I can't miss. Most of the days I can't hit and I have to rely on experience. Don't think warmup makes a huge difference. I think a 10 min warmup would be best for me, but I rarely do that. Also it's hard to get out of spawn and practise when most the time people just tk in spawn before match start. This only counts as half a warm up imo as like you said it would be better to go out and walk routes.

An entire 12man before match wouldn't really work for me as my attention span isn't that long.

its usually hop on 5 minutes before the match and pray to god the other team is warming up. rarely does that happen nowadays so i have to practice on my teammates faces in spawn.
