If TPG AC Admins actually banned people just because they didn't like them, I'm sure we could all name a few who would be banned before we had a chance to say anything at all. If Beast wants to be unbanned, he could just submit a ticket like he was told to. Just because the same people watch the demos doesn't always mean they will come to the same conclusion.. Watching something or reading something more than once always gives more insight than doing it just once and leaving it be.

I'm going to conduct a control experiment for Beast the next time I move. I'll create a new identity/steamid and try to get on a tpg-open team, be a real asshole to everyone, and see how long it takes to get banned from TPG. That should be sufficient, unless of course Beast believes that he's a better player than I am which would invalidate the test.

To everyone going crazy, telling him to release the demos -- and correct me if I'm wrong -- if a banned player releases the demos publicly, doesn't that eliminate any option for them to appeal the ban?

And finally, if you could ban beast off of one match, how did it take so long to ban ceebz? Kid practically flaunted his no-recoiling and it took 4 months to get banned? Off of a 12man. For esp? Come on, TPG. Come on.

The point being that Beast says TPG admins hate him and that's why he got banned, not that he was an asshole to anyone.

You have to be very obviously cheating for TPG to ban you. It's not like they go around banning a lot of people. I'm pretty sure there are a several people that would have been banned back when CAL actually made tough cheating decisions and rules existed about config/scripts. These days TPG is only going to ban the people they know 100% are wallhacking/aimbotting/norecoiling. or crashing vent servers.

I agree with 99% of that. I just think that any admin that TPG has will always have a prejudice against any player that at one time wore a dpk tag. Now that's just my opinion - and hell, it could be completely wrong - but even in 2012, I doubt we'll see any admins that aren't in some way biased.

This reminds me of a couple months ago when two Marines down here got back to their house at like 2am in the morning to find two dudes robbing the place. The dudes had a shotgun and one of the Marines was able to get a hold of it and kill both of them. Cops say self defense, and the dudes family / friends keep saying its a conspiracy and that their beloved would never have done such things and that these Marines are murderers. Another separate investigation incurs just because of these retards and in the end it is once again deemed self defense.

Normally dont care, but after reading this it made me think it'd be no different from any sports teams obtaining tape/film of their opponent's previous match and analyzing it for their team to play better. This could be cool.

1st off, i've never had an issue with beast so to point out this 2nd thing kind of hurts

which leads me to 2nd off...

That being said if it was ryanemo, jules, or some other crazy dude playing the admins would all be high fiving these dudes in vent talking about how good they are.

f u lol i either get disputed or my demos randomly pulled pretty much every match from half of AC having a chubby to get me banned it seems.

and now my 3rd point, im not sure how confident i am in our current TPG-ac. when I was an AC admin (as we are all well aware, i admit and have admitted that im a very seasoned cheater and back before i started playing with aPro in CEVO i regularly cheated in scrims/12mans(but never a match and since then haven't in a while)) i noticed that majority of the AC never took much into mind when watching demos and seems it'd always end up being myself (and possibly 1 other) vouching for a guy every other AC is convinced was cheating when from my POV whoever it woulda been wasn't showing any signs of cheating what so ever other then just playing well.

beast if you wanna send me your demos ive got no problem watching them to back you up even more even though it won't matter most likely... but in my opinion this could just be an issue of some TPG-ac still being used to the older game play, or just not really knowing what to look for in demos when it comes to someone cheating.

sorry to any of the ac this prolly offended but after being an AC with most of you, id say that the minute someone prefires someone you're convinced they're cheating and have enough evidence.

You're insanely full of yourself, Ryan. I don't know what the jab at the AC team was for, but that was pretty unneeded. Your demos aren't "randomly pulled". We review your demos when you are disputed, so if you get disputed every week that's not our fault. Another thing is you make the statement "I am a seasoned cheater". Don't you think making boasts like that puts you out there as someone who is capable of cheating and making it very hard for others to notice? Don't you think that means maybe AC will actually take more time to watch you demos? I am trying to understand how you think that you are any different between you or someone like Caliban. We are going to watch your demos the same way we would watch his. We are going to take the same amount of time with every dispute that comes our way. No, we have no bias against them even though they seem to go out of their way to talk shit to TPG Admins.

just because i took a jab at the AC doesn't mean it was a jab at the entire AC just majority. and to say you don't randomly pull my demos, ask defiance about that. also, pat never "had to beg" me to watch any demos, he simply would msg me on Steam telling me about a new demo that was posted.

and to think me 'boasting' about being a seasoned cheater is to brag or something im not sure what you're getting at, but even as an AC i posted in one of the dispute threads how being a cheater before really helps me notice little things that can prove someones cheating. whether you're going to admit it or not, at least when i was ac, i noticed a lot of the other admins did have chubbs for certain people on insisting they cheat constantly. i understand all of the ac admins have their own methods and shit they look for and i respect that, this is just my 2 cents.

I was never a fan of the "gray hat" approach where you have to be a cheater to catch a cheater. I always took a more conservative "white hat" approach myself. When I did feel the need to use wallhacks to watch someone's demos to see what they were looking at I used an old computer of mine and a different steam account. I did not want that filth on my primary machine or my primary Steam account.

I personally have no respect for anyone that cheats. Match, scrim, pub, or otherwise.
