Previous admin on an invite team ringing in open semis. It's just silly. Which also sounds silly coming from a bunch of sandbaggers, but whatever.

story is:

at about 10:43 am today they finally responded to match schedule thing, asked about 8 est. i knew 8est would be a no go as our guys show up at 8:30 ready to play and then disappear for a week. So i said no, 9pm est like i had suggested, they then finally accepted that, but said they couldn't get 6 could they use a ringer. I asked who the ringer was, they gave me some "local brazilian friend" bullshit that i thought meant some open kid just someone to get 6. Nope, in comes cass who if they had told us it was him(they knew we'd know him and say no or at least think about it for a bit) things would have played out differently. They told us without him they would have to ff, and since tpg says no ff's in post season we'd be forced to play this out during the week which we can barely get 6 on weekends let alone during the week so we were forced to just say fuck it and let him play. It was also nice that their brazilian pinging sniper played with a 20 updaterate, and pen went from 8-29 to super stud the second half.

thats what i gathered from my experiences and from my guys after as i did not play tonight due to other obligations.

EDIT: and yes gorilla is right, an admin ringing is kinda shady, regardless if he is now supposedly no longer one. But again we are sandbaggers, even tho todo and wintehs can barely post positive all season long. sorry to call you out but i would really like to point out that we have old washed up players sprinkled in among good players.

Dear 151, I really can't understand why all that fuzz. I just ringed on the match because their leader said it was ok for me to ring. After I joined in, you first complained about me and then started making jokes about myself being an invite player (which I am clearly not). Anyway, you won. As I said earlier, good game and good luck on your finals match.

cass the ill will is not towards you per say, it's towards the fact that they bs'd us until you showed up. be up front about shit when youre asking a favor, dont say oh its a nobody and then pull in someone who plays 2-3 divs above.

The point is, we were told one thing and then 5 minutes after start time we find out the situation is different. By then it was too late to have them get someone else or just play with 5. This all comes back to the whole South American argument. Be clear about your intentions, be clear about what you expect. AND SHOW UP IN THE FUCKING SERVER LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER START TIME. IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT.

Yeah, I suppose. Long story short, defiance PM'd me over steam stating that you guys didn't allowed me to play but then he went offline. A minute later, cw showed me a steam screenshot where you allowed me to play (the ss had only your ok). I joined in using my regular account, regular cfg, didn't hide behind any type of fake alias (Well, during warmup, I was aliased as Botafogo because it happens to be the team I support and they had won tonight but then, before the match started, I went back to my regular alias).

i'm pretty sure the ss was of me saying ok before i knew who they were bringing in, i then pm'd defiance as to what my options were and he said we still retained the right to say no.

however, due to the timing of it, and the fact that we didnt want to deal with a ff and it being forced on to to replay later my guys just said fuck it. again, as i said this is on the umad players more than you.

All other teams had problems scheduling with them, be it on this or on earlier seasons. On the top of that I always tried to accomodate them everytime I could during this and on earlier seasons. Anyway, if I happen to get back and play an entire season again - after timezones gets back to 1h difference - please do advise your e-friends that I'll definitely act like the way they're describing me

Cass when i say we're on good terms, it's completely relative to our relationships with the rest of open (aka they hate us). If hes talking about or complaining about behind our backs, how can i possibly know that? I know they were upset after our merderet match and they were mad we were #1 seed even tho it really didnt matter. Other than that there's nothing i personally know about.

I dont dislike you, i dont even know you, but i do dislike the interactions i've had with codk2 and now with umad. Our previous interaction with umad was fine, this one just had some bs to go with it.
