Dod with 100-250 ping is manageable, but in cs it's absolutely horrible. Awping with that ping is out of the question.

I don't know what it is like to play with a high ping in CS:GO, but the game keeps everyone's movement smooth on my screen, so I don't see people warping all over the place like in the HL1 engine.
