fucking ray lewis.. his antics are more annoying than brett favre's and his act is old. i was pulling hard for the 9rs.
a big part of me wanted moss to win a ring on his way out. before i had AP i had moss. and before moss i had cris carter. so i still have a lot of love for him.
it was a good game though and lulz @ the power outage

Re: Dear 49ers
Ed Reed > Ray Lewis
All the Ray Lewis hype got old real fast. All you heard on any sports news was Ray Lewis this and that. Sure, Ray Lewis is an outstanding player and leader but that only takes you so far. Joe Flacco played the best football of his career in the post-season and landed him tied for #1 with Joe Montana for TD/Int ratio of 11/0. What about Anqaun Boldin, Jacoby Jones, Tory Smith and Ray Rice? I like Ray Lewis, don't get me wrong but the amount he is talked about in the news is a little too much.
I'm not a fan of either team but my hate for the 49ers is above any other team(even more when they knocked my falcons out of the playoffs) but when the Ravens won, I wasn't thinking, oh good, Ray Lewis won another super bowl. I was more excited for Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Micheal Oher, players I felt deserved to win a super bowl. Ed Reed is one of the best defensive backs to play the game and with rumors of this being his last season in nfl too, it was nice to see him get a ring. There are more players on the Ravens then just Ray Lewis but the news seems to just focus on him.
The power outage was pretty funny.
Also, Randy Moss stated that if he was to not win the Super Bowl this year that he would come back for one final season.

Re: Dear 49ers
I think I have to agree with Dez Bryant on this one. Looking back at how the Ravens didn't score a single offensive touchdown in the second half, if Jacoby Jones hadn't ran that kick off back 108 yards, the 49ers could have been Super Bowl champions not to mention his first half catch and then getting up, spinning away from a tackle and out running the DB for a touchdown. It was amazing to watch him extend that play for a TD. Who knows, the 49ers could have stopped them to a field goal which would have really changed the outcome of the game.Still think Jacoby Jones should have gotten #MVP

But as we all know, MVP and Quarter backs go hand in hand(oh right, not this year. Get fucked Payton Manning #28)

Re: Dear 49ers
His name is spelled Peyton (I think the greatest QB post 1999 deserves his name to be spelled correctly, right?), and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that by #28 you meant he lost the MVP vote to Adrian Peterson. However, you did start your post with "I think I have to agree with Dez Bryant" - so anything else you say is suspectThebest wrote:I think I have to agree with Dez Bryant on this one. Re: Dear 49ers
I heard this one too but how can u give a guy who plays 10% of plays the MVP? its like giving Vinateri MVP for kicking game winning FGs every year. Im a Ravens fan and I watched Flacco come into his own over his career. Firing Cam Cameron was all he wanted Cam never believed in him. Jones played great but to be 3/0 TD/INT in the Superbowl is automatic.Thebest wrote:I think I have to agree with Dez Bryant on this one. Hay why aren't you calling it THE BIG GAME? Isn't that what it's called??
Re: Dear 49ers
As someone from SF, I'd like to say fuck off.
Don't really care either way though.
