YouTube Taking Forever To Render

Hey! I've been looking around on forums and stuff to see if I can find I fix, but no luck. This past week I've had a problem with flashplayer on YouTube. I use to be able to run any video, 1080p no problemo. But now I have a hard time running a 1 minute video at 360p. It also takes a while to load webpages. I've tried switching web browsers (chrome, firefox, explorer, opera, etc.) I have a top-of-the-line computer, and great internet; no clue what is going on. I've tried using CCleaner to clear everything, but it still has the same problem.

Network: Bigfoot Networks Killer
Memory(RAM): 12.0 GB
Video Card(s): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 EVGA
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Premium Edition, 64-bit
Motherboard: G1. Killer Gaming Motherboard
Router: 2wire 3800HGV-B router.

dl speed - 11.54mbps
upload speed - 1.48mbps

Besides the fact that flashplayer is suckdick awful, it's probably too much load on the node bro.

in the chrome address bar, type "chrome://plugins" and see how many Flashplayer plugins are installed/enabled. If you see more than one, disable one of them and try loading a video again.

i also had this problem once i reinstalled steam for the latest 1.6 update (removed about 100gb from my hd just from steam files/games). however, after a 4 hour defrag overnight, my computer seems to be back to normal.. for now. so try defragging your hard drive thoroughly with a program like auslogics disk defrag.

i don't think the youtube videos loading slow is correlated to your browser and computer being slow in general.. the youtube servers have been shit the past week for me and others i've asked

Clear out your temp files and try again. Cookies, cache, everything.

Should work just fine loading videos after that.

Thank you everyone for helping out. I've been going through the suggestions and have noticed a difference. Still not like it was a couple weeks ago, but a lot better than what it was, thank you.
