Custom Xhairs Not Working
So Steam did some sort of "need to convert your Day of Defeat files to a new format" and now it won't pick up my custom xhair. Anyone else have this issue and were you able to fix it?

I have the same issue but just didn't give a fuck is currently playing with the regular one.
Re: Custom Xhairs Not Working
I haven't had to convert my dod files and I just played a scrim. Hopefully I don't need to before the match. I hate the default xhair.
Re: Custom Xhairs Not Working
Somewhere in video-options there is a checkbox to "allow custom content" or something like that. That might help.

Re: Custom Xhairs Not Working
When dod updated it moved the location of the dod folder, but for some reason or another it didn't take most custom files with it. to correct this you simply need to move said custom file, in this case your customxhair.spr to the new dod/sprites folder and it should fix it. The new dod folder location is in the steamapps/common/half life/dod folder, after you are there you just have to drop your customxhair.spr in the sprite folder and that should fix it.
