owned died. not my fault. i could keep tmnt in main give bye weeks and have 2 uneven divisions. im sure you people would complain about that too. its the lesser of two evils. im not going to go around taking away peoples wins, its never been done and i dont plan on starting it. you get moved down, you are in a worse division, you should be able to make up the lost ground. the entire point of a 10 week season is because half the teams ff in preseason. this forces you to actually play and gives an idea of where the borderline teams actually belong. but in typical dod community fashion, the community just bitches no matter what you try and do. and people wonder why i am quitting.

Not that I care because im tpg-banned and all but some of you people (jaz) who really don't have a life outside of dod wanna give someone shit (defiance) for keeping this silly ass game going. He doesn't get paid to put up with your bullshit and I really don't see how anyone would want his position. Constantly listening to runny nose nerds whining about every little thing just to turn around and cheat or pull the "dead game" card I just don't get it. Some of you should be thanking him for even putting up with you idiots as long as he has. I played with narc the whole time he was head admin and the poor guy could never catch a break. Remember children, this is a "dead game" and it takes someone who really really gives a shit to run the league so unless there are a bunch of you idiots lined up to fill the spot I suggest you shut the fuck up and be thankful. he's helped me tons and he is by far the best admin ive come across since i started playing hl1 games -99.
so get over whatever it is that you are crying about and be thankful that you actually have someone willing to deal with your bullshit day in and day out.
whats so suprisingly hard being an admin is that all the feedback you get is from the once wanting to hate on you. the once that are satisfied never opens their mouth which leaves you with only the hate, and still you go on for the sake of the community.. sometimes you ask yourself why..

Yes, It would be so horrible if I ran TPG. I would have no idea what maps DONT work and what maps DO WORK after playing countless years.. Something our current Admins still can't grasp. Once narc and i took over TPG after RWC, we went from 2 Divisions to 4.. Clearly we must be clueless.. defiance must be doing such a great job after he took over at the highest point of 2012/2013 DOD with a LAN announced recently nonetheless. And clearly I told narc what to do considering I was his "Assistant" Admin.

The difference between Narc and Defiance is narc talked to his fellow admins and asked people'e opinions, defiance just went and made his own decisions... Map rotations, Move ups, Move Downs, Unbanning Life Long players. (This ones my favorite.) Although I agree a life long ban seemed HARSH except for people like dustin young or caliban.. He had already decided to unban biggie well before seasons end. With what grounds? Oh because he felt that he has served "enough time." Biggie did not even serve a year for the "crime" he committed. Which, to me was complete bs. In my eyes as a fair minded admin not a proactive all powering tpg god with absolute power with absoluteity should have waited at least 1 full year, then discussed with my fellow admins if we felt he "learned his lesson." But no! defiance couldn't let that happen! Biggie needed to be unbanned! So he could make a team with taylor! And take down the evil empire of 5.5/THUNDER.. Simply because it ate him alive that we took taylor onto the team after all the previous hatred / flamings. As much as he loves to deny this and call me moronic the logs dont lie.

The same goes for t2w.. A team that was warned countless times that if they used banned players they were going to be life time banned.... Did they listen? Of course not.. And were banned but they too didn't have to server a year of their lifetime ban because defiance was being proactive! to make sure they can "make a team and crush 5.5" as he can easily be quoted in one of their appeal tickets.. He puts off a good FAIR PROACTIVE UNBIASED persona for sure.. But anyone who knows anything about this whole situation knows otherwise.. Fellow TPG admins included.

Narc listened to other Admins? You picked the map rotatio every season and no one elsea opinion mattered. Well guess what I'm not natc. Cass bullet tin calli all do more for tpg in a week than you do in a year. The past 2 seasons their input matters no t yours. You expect to get the final say on every thing while doing no work.

bottom line is i made what i think is the right call in regards to t2w and biggie and ive earned the right to make thake that call just like the admins did 2 years ago when people were unbanned. i dont need a group of idiots acting like some kind oof dod mafia threatening to start a new league just so they can be back in charge and ban the people they dont like while protecting their friends.

I think defiance is doing a pretty awesome job as being the head guy with TPG. I also do see Mogers' point of view on this one but the team that is moved down usually loses their record. The team that stays in the division is not affected. Luckily the move ups and downs happen within the first 3 weeks. Delete the thread.

Everyone needs to take the sand out of their respective vaginas (no offense jaz/sapphire/softersin/laura/pat).

I think defiance would have a much better time (and not feel like he needs to quit) if he didn't take this stuff so seriously and let go of this him vs. the cool kids drama. You're never going to make everyone happy, and with some of the things that have gone down, I would imagine it would be best to just accept that some people are going to think you are shitty, neg rep you, say mean things about you on 1911, and that from their perspective, you kind of deserve it.

In my opinion, I think defiance means well, and deserves credit for stepping up and running the league when Narc had to take a hiatus due to RL issues. However, when he made the decision to not allow Narc to come back, and furthermore to fire the rest of the admins and unban players, and the way that he went about making those decisions, he took a huge risk. Those were pretty bold moves by a new admin who didn't have a lot of credibility with some of the older players and that's resulted in a fair share of backlash. But lets be real, he could have gone about all of that a lot better and spared himself a lot of misery.

Reacting in the way that defiance has to the backlash, in my opinion, has been much more damaging than the decisions themselves.

In some of the posts that he has made, in this thread and others, I've gotten the impression that defiance takes his responsibility of being a tpg admin a little too seriously, that he genuinely feels that he is in a position of power, and that he has reacted in a way that is often out of anger and paranoia over losing that perceived power. Which is really stupid. If you take every bit of criticism that you get from the community personally, and make decisions based on that criticism, you're going to have a really bad time. When you react the way that he has at times publicly, it just comes of as an angry server admin getting pissed at everyone in your pub for quick-switching.

To me personally, it's been frustrating at times because I've tried to be as helpful to tpg/defiance as I can be, but I've heard nothing but drama and shit talking about me/1911 through the grapevine, but he's never had the balls to say anything to me when I've actually talked to him. I'm not sure how much of what I've heard is true, but it's pretty moronic and weak regardless.

But, if that's how he behaves, he reaps what he sows and it just just makes him into the stereotypical angry admin guy:

Regardless, we're all being idiots here (some more than others).

1. We should all accept that being an admin isn't fun, and cut our admins a little slack (when they deserve it).
