Wow I didn't know Thunder made circle jerk threads.

I expected more from you Joey. Unless I'm missing something here.

You are. Dpk left the match about 5 minutes into second half after prone stacking and grease gunning and what not.

People are surprised by this? I thought that was normal from a team like dpk. At least they didn't turn to zook glitching against you guys.

I don't think anyone is surprised by it, certainly not Joey, as dpK did something similar to koalas a few seasons back.

How is dpk in invite then? That doesn't make much sense.

I have no idea. I think it's a mixture of some people who would like to play slightly more seriously, and some people who could not care less. Either recruit more serious people, or don't play, but it's not cool to totally waste the time of six other people all because you don't care about kind of trying in DoD.

ive gotten over it since i posted this thread, but it still doesnt change the fact that dpk does nothing but waste peoples time. troll everyone all you want on vent or 1911, but respect everyone's time that they put aside to show up and play a match. we all have lives and mine in particular is very busy. sunday is my only day off and i use a chunk of it to play games because i enjoy matches. competitive matches. it is one thing if you just played it straight up and got slammed by 900 points (which was bound to happen) because at least that is respectable.. show up, try to win, and whatever happens happens. but to do what you guys always do is just a joke. it's a waste of everyone's time which, as we get older, is not as abundant as it once was when we started playing this game 8+ years ago.

Good call joey. I play competitive dod to play against the best players and teams for the fun of competition. Don't waste my time if you purposely play like that shit dpk pulled. ktp

It seems like this is how a lot of the newer players act. The egos are too big or something to lose at dod. It's very strange to me, because it seems like when we were playing years ago, everyone was basically the opposite. If you don't want to ever lose, don't play the game. Or get a lot better. Basically, don't waste peoples time by doing what you're doing.

It would seem that you're not over it at all.

On behalf of my fellow teammates I would like to apologize for the match that took place 6 days ago. I understand that you're feeling frustrated and angry because you felt that the one day you put aside to play video games was put to waste by our conduct. If I was in your position I'm sure I'd be feeling hurt as well.

All 6 of us wish we could have been more competitive, but strongly feel that we were placed in the wrong division . Frankly it would have been a waste of OUR time to stay. Once again, I apologize if any feelings were hurt and we hope that relations between our two teams aren't damaged.

Also there was no coming back from the points. We merely conceded the match. Time is in short amount. Why stay for a match that was already lost?

We were placed in a division we are unable to be competitive in. And if you're suggesting we practice DoD.. Well.......

I cut myself everytime we get capped on and then I blame the rest of my team for my shortcomings.

My team scrimmed gskill on lennon, figured hey we barely get actual full squads to play against and we thought hey maybe we can improve, 3/4's of the way through of us actually trying we get mg'd and fucked with. May not have been a match but it seems like there's barely anyone left in this game that doesnt want to troll just about everything. My point i guess is sort of in line with sevens, if you dont want to play seriously dont waste peoples time. Thunder could of done other shit and we could have scrimmed someone who would care, we know we didnt stand a chance and would get railed hard but we came in with the intent to play seriously. Save the gay shit for your circle jerk 12 mans.

So yah not surprised by anything anymore, the real people to blame(joking) is tpg for making just 3 divs and all the idiots who make teams and then quit 3 weeks later forcing tpg to make stupid decisions.

Why wouldn't you just take a forfeit loss then?
