(long but worth the read trust)

How many people are sick of playing with banned cheaters in the fury vent?
Answer? Not many, because most just don't even play anymore.

Last weekend, I ditched the R.L and said "fuck it, im gonna get loaded and just jam dod for the entire weekend. FUCK the real world, Vegas Lan is comin and I don't wanna be dust in the wind.

I signed on Friday night, nobody on. Makes sense! People out partying and what-not. Waited all night, even for the west noobs. Played ONE 12man. On a Friday night......WTF...

Okay well Saturday, Saturday's gotta be better. Got loaded at noon, Lined out some hollywoods to keep me alert, got in that "my mouse is a part of my body" type of zone......2 12 mans....on a SATURDAY..All day all night...Stayed up and had to play in H.A.T, went 76-12, jerked off and went back in, still very unsatisfied.

A Question for fury admins:
- It took you MONTHS to ban Aimtek, and he clearly manipulated all of you into "believing" he was legit long enough to ruin our nightly fun. rws, ryanemo, ceebz, DustinYoung, chrisw, sizzurp, they troll that vent like sharks in shallow water. ANd they've done it for so long, there is almost NO 12man community anymore. Laziness....ANd its YOUR fault.

- Then you got Devin.....Ahh Devin..My horse for Open. "HES INTURPING ME!!!!!" (lololololol)...... "OMG HES CHEATING." (lol proabably!)......"I CANT PLAY ON THIS VPN ANYMORE!" (dont blame ya!)....."OMG HES FUCKIN PRONED!" (i know eh?!?!lmao)...or the other side. "lol guys did you see how fuckin amazing i am i just DID that..." "YO! I'm 18 and i just shat all over those invite kids" (FUCKIN EH!).....

- So Devin is banned. Way to pick on an 18yr old. Don't you remember becoming good at dod at 18? Remember how much you loved it? You felt like a star. Or you didn't play when you were 18. But just so you know, when any dod player turned 18, and became a serious threat in the dod community, he felt like AJP against the Jaguars. Cut him some slack. Yea he's badda bap bap baaaap lovin`it....We all did at 18. He gets it now I'm sure. Yet he is banned, and you allow PERMANENTLY BANNED players play...okay....show me the logic.

I'd like to take this opportunity to reclaim our 12mans as a society. I'm tired (though I'll play anyways cuz im not scared of anyone) of playing in these shady late-night 12mans in fury that don't make any sense and just ruin our community. You're gonna ban an 18yr old kid cuz he gets excited when he does good, but youll let banned cheaters play. I pm'd CraftyDus, a heartfelt, "can u please unban him he's only 18" and he was unbanned.....Re-banned by the next day. Shame.

Infamous cheaters will be banned on site. Anyone unknown will have 30sec to identify themselves or have someone vouch for them before a permanent ban is laid. I left this game for less than a year, and i come back, and its all gone to shit. I'm tired of it. I love dod. I love TPG. I HATE what it's become. And it's time we reclaimed our game.

psychology 101:
EVERY cheater comes out and tries to "rally the troops" to their side. ANd it usually lasts about a month, beofore they give up. HELL, when i was cal banned, in 2001, i did the same as ceebz and aimtek, blamed the league, claimed corruption, and within a month i gave up...Couldnt BE a human trend going on even though its the exact same now....

I really find your psychological analysis of a cheater to be pretty comical. To segment every person who has cheated into a group of individuals with low self esteem without any factual backing does not create much of an argument. I cannot argue that someone like Aimtek probably falls into that category (as he has time and time again thrived for acceptance in this community i.e. his shirtess thread) but then you have someone lke ryan and dustin who cheat just to get a rise out of everyone else. What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. Aimtek, rws, DY, & CrisW all suffered multiple vent bans in just the few months prior to you wanting to 12 man again in our vent. Sizzerp, aimtek, and ceebz all have current perm-bans you may not have been aware of.
Maybe talk to the guy who banned Devin and sort it out. Probably just a personality thing.
Devin's got a habit of this sort of thing, and is otherwise fine to play games with.
Regardless of all that noise.
I think it's ultimately on the match server operator who's hosting the 12 man to police the PUG of cheaters and other undesirables.

The fact will remain that our vent crew submitted the vast majority of tpg bans for cheating in the last year.
So it's clear that nobody there prefers playing with known cheaters.

Vent is just a chat client, for social purposes. We have a very short banlist.
It's just a chat room used for gaming.
We are not your dod league.
Nobody has to toe the mark for anyone else's bullshit there. We even let tpg admins use it.

Ill admit, you've cleaned it up thank god. Either because p20vent or gsr vent has an actual care for its 12 man people, or you just finally noticed. But You let Dustin young play, who is banned for life, rws is in there every night......And if you wanna say, "those little cockroaches, and others weasel theyre way in" than ok......but youre not even doing that. Youll ban an 18yr old KID.............who is maybe a little too excited to be good at dod but NOT the lifetime banned players that ruined 12mandod for all of us. Jakimo has one rule, you can come in vent, play in 12 mans no matter who you are or what you did in the past, just don't cheat or be an asshat. Jakimo believes people can change, it's why aimtek is now banned from fury because of that demo of him cheating on Anzio. So you can continue to sit here and complain about playing with me and others but you had no problem playing last night in that Harrington 12 man. which I played against you.

tony i love your enthusiasm, 12 manning has def gone way down lately cuz of all the cheaters ruining it. as for my comment about writing a paper on cheaters, that was a complete joke lol...i wouldnt care to put that much time and effort into it. i dont even need to, ive been around gaming a long time and have always been able to call cheaters on a combination of playstyle and overall attitude/mindset.

I agree with Theworst, we had differences with Jakimo but never once got kicked/banned from his vent and got called to play 12 mans in there often
