§7.7 Cheating Outside of TPG

Player demos (from 12 mans and scrims) that are submitted to TPG and reviewed by the TPG AC Team are subject to the same rule restrictions as if played in a TPG match as far as cheating is concerned. Players will be held to the same violation standards as those listed previously.

Starting today 7-22-2013, TPG will review Pub Demos IF the following conditions are met:

1. We will not accept a demo without an rcon status ss (Server Logs are not acceptable).
2. The Demo must be reviewed by an Approved Pub Clan's AC Team prior to being submitted for TPG's Review (See below for Approved Pub Clans AC Team).
3. We will not accept a demo that is not timed.
4. Submitted Players Steam ID must be registered with TPG or have an IP address registered to an account (TPG Admins can look up an IP address in the backend if you ask nicely).
5. We will only accept demos of players caught using an ESP, Wallhack or Aimbot only.
6. Submitted demos must be from 7-22-2013 OR after that date. Demos from before this date will not be considered.
6. TPG has the final say.

*Approved Pub AC Teams: BAW
(Submitting unsuccessful demos multiple times will result in the Pub AC Team being removed from the Approved list and will require you to submit your demos to another approved AC Team prior to it being submitted to TPG for review). If you want to be on the Approved Pub AC Team list, please email Tin Bad (TinBad@TPGLeague.org).

If the criteria above is not met, we simply will not watch it. If the criteria is met, we will watch it when time permits. TPG Match demo's take precedence.

The process is flawed and there is nothing you can do about it as a player. Only when you are banned do you realize how the process is flawed unfortunately.

Noname, AFAIK TPG has never released a demo that a player was banned from, so I have no idea why you think they will now. While this method apparently confuses french people, I actually quite like it because we don't have to go through a big drama and discussion every time someone is banned. There is no reason to distrust admins who are experienced and impartial & their word is final.

Any time I played against you, I didn't think you cheated. But I wouldn't be surprised if you cheated in some random pub or pcw, when you weren't expecting to be demo'd. This time you got caught and you'll have to deal with it

Well unfortunately, for this game that is 10+ years old and has a community that is dwindling as each TPG season comes to pass, those are the rules established by the league. There are flaws in any judicial/democratic system set in place and we have to hope that the admins who offer a great deal of their time to keep this community running remain impartial in their judgements. If you don't like the rules or the way the league is operated maybe you should find other ways to spend your time or accept that this is how and is always how the league has been.

Read the rules what counts for "outside of TPG". Also, apparently there is evidence, and once again, read the rules. TPG does not need to give out the demos.
