Computer Problems
I have a Comcast router that has worked perfectly for 5 months. I have 2 phones, and two computers connected to it. Yesterday I went to play some DOD and my laptop wouldn't connect to the internet. It picked up the signal, but had no internet access. It said there was an invalid IP address. What do I do?

Re: Computer Problems
Okay when did it say an invalid IP address? When you were playing the game? Can you visit websites? Can you ping the IP address in a command prompt? Have you already tried hard resetting the modem (unplug power / CAT5 and let sit for a couple minutes)? Resetting the router? There are a lot of basic things you can do and with such little information it is hard to figure out what exactly is wrong. If you see me on steam send me a message and perhaps I can walk you through it.
