Subjectively identifying music as mediocre and claiming that it is an objective quality does make you a douche though.

Forever immutable,

Hysteria is good. Bliss. Just listing ones that you probably haven't heard on the radio like the stuff off resistance, knights of cydonia, supermassive blackhole, etc. Cassino mentioned a few that aren't really on my playlist, but are good. I think muscle museum is great but I just don't happen to own it. They have a pretty large discography and if you listen to it you'll find diverse styles including pretty hard rock, electronica-type stuff, acoustic, and pop rock songs.
It just kind of sounds like everything else I could hear on the radio. I don't listen to the radio to begin with (I'm never really near a radio - no car), but it just doesn't sound different from the alt-rock that I listened to when I was in middle school.

Not my style.

I guess you're right. They play guitar and bass and drums and sing.

Also, whoever rob is, your haiku is too mainstream. Write me a haiku unlike any haiku I've ever seen.

is it just me or does muse make you want to stick knives in your ears

edit
theres really only a few bands i have ever listened to that make me want to do this. i really do like "all kinds" of music. i used to hate country but now am starting to enjoy country like jason aldean where there is a little more fusion of rock into the music. Some music may not be my type but i feel i can understand the good qualities about it.

but i cant stand muse. nor can i stand is greenday. i used to like them too.. wierd

So because I was somebody you didn't know you decided to just taunt me repeatedly? Then when I answered you you dropped the "who are you?" card. Guess you can play it off as something else now if you like.
