How the fuck is a hipster like myself supposed to know who I like and dislike if I don't know what music you're listening to? I need to tell you guys how bad your music is (not srs) (sort of srs) (srs).

I liked that, NG. I think the one thing I dislike about bands who have this sound, however, is their songs are extremely hit or miss. I have no idea who this band is, but a lot in this sort of post-rock genre have really good or really bad songs. I think.

maybe im biased because theyre from austin. and theyre not a band that fits very well at a big music festival like lollapalooza or austin city limits. they sound amazing at small venues, pretty sure they got famous during south by southwest. anyways there are very few bands that have amazing songs all the way through their album, from start to finish. spoon is one of those.

Song makes me laugh. Just because the guy's voice is so fucking odd, and the content of this song is very spiteful given it being about divorce. The sound of his voice is kind of contradictory to the meaning of the song.

saw john outside @ vermont and brought him a six pack of PBR tall-boys, and some whiskey. we shotgunned a pbr together (at his insistence) and then took a shot. Craziest meth survivor I will ever get a chance to know!

Thank goodness Two Gallants is still a secret to mainstream society. And thank goodness Arcade Fire played one of their worst songs when they performed at The Grammys. Had they played something from Funeral, they'd be so popular that I would have to drop them like a bad habit.

Undoubtedly. I think every album they've made is far beyond fantastic, but Funeral was and is still a damn masterpiece. And he wrote that when he was fucking 21 years old.

I think it goes in chronological order from best to worst (their "worst" album still, again, being brilliant): Funeral --> Neon Bible --> The Suburbs
