I recently got a 22" LED Monitor (SyncMaster SA350).
When I used to run Day of Defeat on my laptop it had a different default scaling option (would display 800x600 with the black borders on the left and right of the full screen application), but on this monitor it scales the game in full screen to fit the widescreen. I can't find any options in the Nvidia Control Panel to undo the automatic scaling. I WANT the "black bars" when I play 800x600 in full screen but I can't figure out how to disable the scaling option.
Any ideas? Tech savvy help?

What video card are you using? It could be the problem if it's on-board or something..
The option to use the black bars is in your NVIDIA control panel (right click desktop) under Display / Adjust desktop size and position / then choose "Aspect ratio".
Also, try putting your in-game resolution in your set launch options for dod (-w 1024 -h 768)

By the way, Spring Breakers. Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens.
I don't even have that option in my control panel :\.

"Fullscreen isn't fullscreen." That tab sounds promising!

Hahaha, yeah it definitely helped
Re: Tech help (Resolution x Scaling)
If there isn't a drop down menu for it I'd suggest updating your drivers
