Makes you wonder what the hell "CrossFit certified" means. All I can think when I see that video is, "good night, sweet spinal cord."
I imagine the reason they don't get injuries is because it's not heavy weight. They are using bumper weights, so it looks like a lot, but I'll bet those girls aren't doing more than ~40-50 pounds. Of course the problem comes into play when they want to up the weight, as progressive loading is what determines gains in strength and hypertrophy. That's when they'll be fucked, assuming they keep doing that.
